Thought:
Matthew Chapter 13 begins with Jesus addressing a vast crowd, but by verse 36, only a small group has followed Him into the house to learn more.
Reading our Bible is similar. Yes, the words are alive with wisdom, but they can also be confusing. Continually asking questions as we read is like following Jesus into the house. The ink has a pulse. Don't let ego keep you from asking the questions He's hoping you will ask.
Because when we ask for understanding, we go from reading to seeing.

Prayer:
Father, the abundance I seek is to know and understand. To love what you love and to hate what you hate. More is given to the seeker, and Father, I seek with all my heart.
